Job Description
We are currently working with one of the UK's most popular retailers in a large distribution Centre based in Swan Valley Northampton.
We are recruiting warehouse operatives for their online operations division. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
-Picking Items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner
-Packaging Items for dispatch to a high quality standard
-Using a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer
-Using a pallet truck or LLOP to pick heavier items from the grid
-Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met at all times
-Keeping your work area clean and safe
Shifts available, Rotating 6-14 Days, Fixed 6-14 & 14-22 Shifts and Nights.
This position will also involve weekend working (not every weekend). There are very good transport links to the industrial park for this shift.
The ideal person will have experience in a busy warehousing environment or production line. They will be willing to learn and work at a steady page to ensure targets are met. They will also be looking for a long term position, as this job is a temporary to permanent contract.
