Job Description
Pebble People Recruitment are recruiting for a local Engineering company who are seeking to employ a Stores Operative on a temp to perm basis for an immediate start.
Hours will be 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Forklift licences - Counterbalance and Reach essential
Candidates must have a current driving licence, as fork lifts will be driven on roads around the site.
Responsibilities:
Good inwards – goods off load, verify against paperwork and verify quality * Stock management – ensure stock is put away in applicable section of warehouse
* Housekeeping – ensure storage, factory area's are kept clear of debris and hazards at all times * Stock counting – assist with the routine physical stock count and check stock levels on request Loading and unloading
Essential Criteria:
At least 2 years’ Stores experience within a factory/warehouse environment * Computer literate * Forklift licences - Counterbalance and Reach essential * excellent communication skills
